If you’d ask me what my dream job is, it would be designing things for a dog rescue. I do it for free, but I have always felt honored to do it. Woofstock is one of my favorite events! I’ve always loved to play around with the retro vibe of the original Woodstock festival. Incorporating my favorite era of music with my love of dogs and design is an absolute delight.

This year I felt like embracing the softer, maybe more bohemian, flowery and flowy side of the 70’s. I’m happy with it, I can’t wait to see how all the t-shirts and merch turn out!

All that aside, our rescue is filled to the brim. All rescues around here are, and have been for a long time. It’s not good. Please consider adoption. Check out rescue events like this in your area!
We all need to work together to make life better for our sweet, little friends ❤

Gary

I see a lot of calls for help in the dog rescue world, and I wish I could save them all. But it’s not possible, and you know, I’m learnin’ on taking care of myself now.
So, I have to pass and hold onto the hope they make it into a loving home. It’s never easy.

Anyway, this is Gary.
I hope he gets the love he deserves ❤️

Rainy

I couldn’t post just one!

Rainy, our foster babe, is really finding her footing as a house dog! It turns out she is obsessed with food as much as the rest of these goons, and she’s discovered her love of fetch! She still prefers to be held I think, but she has also enjoyed short walks. I love watching them feel comfortable enough to be their interesting, quirky little selves ❤️

New Foster!

Yesterday, we welcomed this 3-year-old mini-frenchie into our home as a foster 🙂 Her name is Rain, but we like to call her “Marrrry Jane!!!” She is a pint sized sweetie with a seemingly endless supply of (nervous) energy! She’s a breeder release, she’s definitely had some pups. I think her hair is really thin right now because of that. And maybe why she looks a little underfed?
She will be getting spayed soon, which I imagine will help with her anxiety a little. She gets along well with everyone, maybe slightly pushy here and there, but that’s a frenchie for ya! Very high energy little dog as of right now, I’m hoping she will be able to learn how to relax and have fun while she’s with us 💗

December has been full of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Slowing down and snuggling in has been on our agenda. Taking time to bake holiday goodies with extra care, enjoying long mornings under the blankies, and we’ve even pulled out the puzzles!
Our foster baby, Charlie, was adopted by the sweetest family, and we welcomed in our new foster, Lily ❤️

Two days left with little Charlie girl ❤️

She’s adopted, and going to live with her new family on Saturday!! I’m so grateful for our time together, seeing her grow and gain courage, and knowing she’s going to an incredible family to live a beautiful life.

🙏
